Tom spent over a decade as a diagnostic technician inside the JLR dealer network before founding RoverX. He built the specialist workshop he always believed Sydney's Land Rover and Range Rover community deserved. With 12+ years of hands-on diagnostic experience and a deep specialisation in all JLR vehicles, there isn't a problem he hasn't seen. Or been able to solve.
Sales & Service Manager
Richard's relationship with Land Rover goes back to the 1980s, before most of our customers' vehicles were built. With 22 years inside the JLR network and 45 years in the automotive trade, he went on to run a prestige dealership before joining RoverX. Richard is the reason clients feel looked after from the first call to final handover.
Service & Parts Coordinator
James brings over 11 years inside the JLR dealer network to every job that comes through RoverX. His knowledge of the parts side is second to none, and it shows in how smoothly your vehicle moves from booking to handover. If something needs to be sourced, tracked down, or sorted, James is already on it.
Master Technician
Paul is widely regarded as one of the best JLR technicians in Australia, and the record backs it up. Trained as a JLR Master Technician with additional certification through JLR Australia, he was named a finalist in the JLR Technician of the Year awards in 2018. With 15+ years in the industry, Paul brings a level of precision and expertise that sets RoverX apart.

Quiet, methodical, and exceptionally skilled, he's the kind of technician every specialist workshop needs.
