Tom and the team are true professionals.After visiting other mechanics that were all unable to confidently identify the issues with my car, Tom was able to run a test and informed that I needed a new DPF.He organised everything with my warranty provider and couldn’t have asked for a better result and customer experience.Save yourself the trouble and head straight to these guys.

We decided it was time to have a precautionary and routine timing belt + water pump change on a 2015 Evoque.Closest LR dealer quoted $3750, local independent workshop with good reviews quoted $3000, RoverX with excellent reviews quoted $1495.Kirrawee is a one hour drive away for us but going to RoverX was well worth it.The crew also quickly diagnosed and corrected some electronic gremlins while the car was there.Professional, knowledgeable and helpful people to deal with.

So grateful to have found Roverx after the horrible experiences I have had with other mechanics and dealership for the past 2 months ! My Landrover had engine lights appearing on and off and after spending over $1500 on various diagnostic assessments and receiving multiple different reports I was left quite overwhelmed and disheartened with very little trust In mechanics.My experience with other mechanics ranged from either they won't touch the car, or wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, misdiagnosis and wrong advice, and no care over the urgency of repairs needed expecting me wait a further 2 months!! with a phone call to RoverX explaining my issues to Richard, he immediately understood the urgency was able to fit me in the same day i called. I the received an honest report from Tom with 24hrs without additional fees, my car was repaired and necessary parts replaced within the week, I wasn't overcharged and i even received a complimentary service. I was beyond amazed of their expertise, professionalism, curtousy, communication skills, and customer service/experience. If your living around Liverpool/campbelltown with a Landrover trust me when I say travelling to Kirawee is well worth the drive to ensure your car is in good hands. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. They were the only ones genuinely willing to help me fix my car. Even though they mentioned the issue is a rare occurrence, they didn’t hesitate to assist.The entire team was incredibly kind and honest. A special shoutout to Tom, who was helpful and informative from the very beginning. His support made all the difference!The only downside for me was the hour-and-a-half drive from where we live! But they prioritized my car, so I didn’t have to make a second trip the next day.
