Can you update my online JLR service history?

Yes. RoverX is Topix-licensed, which means we can update your official Land Rover service history just like a dealership. Your service record stays intact, and your resale value with it.

How much cheaper are you than a dealership?

We're more efficient than dealerships because our entire team are JLR master technicians, so there's no generalist labour on your vehicle. We pass those savings directly on to you. Most customers save significantly compared to dealership pricing without any compromise on quality or parts.

How long will my service take?

Most logbook services are completed within the day. There's no on-site waiting area but there are great cafes nearby while you wait.

When can I book my car in?

For urgent or safety-related issues we'll get you in as soon as possible. For scheduled services and repairs, bookings are typically available within 1–2 weeks. Call or message us to check availability.

What is your diagnostic fee?

We charge $250 for a full JLR diagnostic, using the same equipment as Land Rover dealerships to accurately identify the exact fault across every module in your vehicle. We'd rather charge you $250 to tell you exactly what's wrong than guess and charge you $2,000 for the wrong repair. If you proceed with the repair at RoverX, the $250 is credited toward your invoice. If you decide not to proceed, the diagnostic fee stands. Either way you leave with a clear, honest answer about what your vehicle needs.

Do you offer free checks between services?

Yes. Once you're a RoverX customer, if something doesn't feel right between services, bring it in. We'll assess it at no charge. That's what looking after your vehicle actually means.

How much will it cost to fix my vehicle?

We'll always give you a full quote before carrying out any work. Once we've completed our inspection we'll walk you through exactly what's needed, what it costs, and why. No surprises.

We use genuine Land Rover and OEM parts wherever it counts. For components where quality aftermarket alternatives match factory standards, we'll use them to save you cost, without compromising reliability. Every part is sourced from trusted LR suppliers and backed by our 12 month workmanship guarantee.

What does your 12 month workmanship guarantee cover?

Our 12 month workmanship guarantee covers the specific repair carried out and parts fitted by RoverX. It does not cover unrelated faults, pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or issues arising from owner misuse. Every vehicle is different. If a warning light returns after a repair, we'll assess it honestly and tell you exactly what's going on. If it's related to our work, we'll fix it. If it's a separate fault, we'll give you a straight answer and a fair quote.

Do you carry out repairs under third party warranty?

Yes. We can carry out repairs under all third party warranty companies. Get in touch and we'll walk you through the process.

Can you do my registration inspection (pink slip)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We carry out pink slip inspections right here at our Kirrawee workshop. If anything needs fixing to pass, we can handle it on-site.
